Initial coin offerings (ICOs) have a new exchange to trade on, and it's one with a vital distinction. It's fully compliant with U.S. securities regulations.
This exchange, called tZero, is what's known as an "alternative trading system". It's been under construction for three years under the wing of Patrick Byrne's Overstock.com.
